The Halifax Hurricanes are excited to announce "Basketball Vitamins", a multi skill program designed for U10 and U12 athletes to get extra reps away from their team's practice and games.
The program will include an hour of teaching, fundamentals, progression drills from stationary to on the move, as well as small competitive games. Each session will cover skills such as: dribbling, passing, finishing, shooting and defense.
"Basketball Vitamins" is destined for players to have fun, while also getting extra reps for players to gain confidence for the next time they are with their team.
The programming will be planned by Technical Director Danny De Palma, and former AUS Acadia Axemen athlete and current MSVU assistant coach Ben Miller.
